In the latest episode of ‘The Kardashian’, Kim Kardashian revealed that her sister is expecting a baby boy. A representative close to Khloe revealed to E! News that “Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family”.

According to E! News, both Khloe, and Tristan have not connected since it was revealed last year that Tristan had fathered a child, Theo Thompson, with Maralee Nichols while being in a relationship with Khloe.
